I am Not Legend is a story emerged from the modern day collective subconscious to which I, as much as you, are connected, from the postapocalyptic myths rooted in the Second World War’s trauma that I’ve accessed through Japanese anime and Hollywood blockbusters, mixed with a healthy serving of documentary pseudoscience , Wikipedia knowledge and a spice of oriental mystery and wisdom…
The result: the perfect recipe – heroic/non-heroic, romantic and tear-drawing for an “end of the world” accommodating to anyone.

This is a longer version of a 30” TV spot I made for a Otaku Festival – last year… not really a commissioned work since I am one of the organizers of this festival. This is a story of a journey, a journey full of hardships to overcome and foes to defeat,
which the hero will take upon to conquer a realm of wonders and find his rightful place in the world.
… and, no, the artwork is not captured from games, everything was done from scratch.
